The Line Up

Arthur is hosting a line up of events for 6 days around Cape Town. You can find all the details in the menu below, and if you have any questions please check out the FAQ or email the concierge. All events are optional so please RSVP to all bookable events on our RSVP page to ensure we can accommodate you. If you’d like to take some days to yourself or stay for additional days to see all the other amazing sights in Cape Town, you can check out the Cape Town page for inspiration and email the concierge for advice or help with bookings.

Friday

  • A relaxed dinner with vibes in the kloof street area for everyone to meet and greet - let us know if you can make it.

Saturday

  • Join us for a mind blowing 360 view of cape town with a hike up lions head followed by breakfast at one of cape town’s famous breakfast spots. We will need to book for the breakfast to ensure everyone gets a seat so please RSVP if you’d like to eat.

    Meet in the car park at 7am with plenty of sun protection, water and a protein bar.

    This hike is accessible to anyone of any age or ability, but wear sneakers or comfortable walking shoes, and stylish work out gear for the insta opps up top!

    This activity takes around 2.5 hours top to bottom, with breakfast after.

    Please get yourself there via car or uber.

  • Join us at Pengilly House at 5.30pm sharp for sunset cocktails. You don’t want to miss this view :)

    Please RSVP to secure a spot - this is the main birthday event!

    Dress code is Festival fabulous

    The night continues on with dinner at 7.30pm and is followed by live music and an epic dance party at the outdoor dance bar at Pengilly House.

  • The party moves to the outdoor club with some local talent in play..

Sunday

  • For those that can make it join us 11 am onwards at pengilly house for a recovery brunch.

    Please RSVP to ensure we have enough carbs for everyone.

  • After brunch we’ll have masseuses on hand and an IV bar to help aid your recovery.

  • Movie night - please RSVP but if you decide to make it on the night we can accept walk ins ;P

Monday

  • We are organising a bus for those who require transport for this day out, please let us know if you will be coming on the bus in your RSVP, otherwise you can drive yourselves

    The day starts with an Epic drive over chapman’s peak with stops to take pictures on the world’s most beautiful cliff drive.

  • We continue on to boulder beach to hang out with the penguins on boulder beach, followed by lunch at harbour house in picturesque kalk bay.

  • RSVP to Join us for group dinner at the breathtaking Tintswalo Atlantic, nestled on the edge of the ocean with panoramic views of Hout Bay and the iconic Table Mountain range. Indulge in a culinary journey that celebrates the finest local flavors, expertly crafted by world-class chefs, all while soaking in the vibrant hues of a South African sunset in one of the most picturesque locations on Earth.

Tuesday

  • For the last two days of our African adventure, we’ll be heading into the legendary Cape Winelands - We’ll be organising a bus for this trip, that will depart from Cape town, and also be available for those who don’t wish to get new accommodation in the winelands to return to capetown late evening. For those who wish to overnight, we have some block bookings and can help you to organise accommodation in one of the beautiful historic hotels.

    Please RSVP for the events and Check in with the concierge to help you organise accommodation near the events. Those driving themselves there can also take the bus during the day.

  • We leave early to head gear up for an unforgettable outing in the late morning to the Franschhoek Motor Museum, Rupert wines. Begin your adventure surrounded by a stunning collection of rare and classic cars, showcasing the evolution of automotive excellence.

    After the adrenaline, unwind with a visit to Rupert Wines, where you'll indulge in a curated tasting of exquisite wines with light bites - perfectly paired with the scenic beauty of the Cape Winelands.
